Job description

Join our esteemed client, a prominent leader in the International Financial sector, as they seek a Business Analyst with experience in Integration topics to join an exciting team in an integration project.

What you'll do

• Clarify, analyze and document the business requirements from the server and web-based software applications owned by different stakeholders and where CI is currently supporting these ones.
  
• Maintain up-to-date the documentation based on discussions
  
• Understand end-to-end business and systems processes flow among different software applications in order to identify when data needs to be provided and what will trigger it.
  
• Perform simple to complex data mapping among the different data managed or required in between software applications
  
• Facilitate discussion within the people involved in order to get clarification and agreement on business requirements
  
• Facilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  
• Collaborate with quality assurance in the definition of test cases scenarios
  
• Collaborate with the Data Architect in order to build the data models that will support the future implementation
  
• Ensure that the non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations
  
• Actively engage with your squad, a multi-disciplinary, autonomous team, composed of product management, development, quality assurance, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure that the functional and non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment. You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies.

Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  
• At least 3-5 years experience of proven business analysis experience (gathering requirements, dealing with stakeholders, working with developers to translate requirements...)
  
• Working experience with APIs, webservices, data integration process is a strong asset.
  
• Understanding of integration architecture and patterns is a plus.
  
• Knowledge and experience in any integration platform is a plus.
  
• Excellent analytical skills. Data analysis and data mapping is a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English
  
• Team player
  
• Knowledge on Jira, in confluence is a plus
  
• Working experience in agile environment
