About the Role: The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, contract partnerships, digital flow analysis and follow-up of technical teams, risk management, product management, business cases, customer billing, IT and security knowledge, frequent interaction with ITS and IT security officer, SME segment in the trade sector, acquisition/banking/payment, process modelling using Visio & ARIS tools, and knowledge of English, Dutch (preferred) and French.



Responsibilities:

Final responsibility for project management

Follow-up of contract partnerships

Analysis of digital flows and follow-up of technical teams

Risk management (PARP)

Product management

Preparation of business cases

Customer billing

IT and security expertise

Frequent interaction with ITS and IT security officer

SME segment in the trade sector

Acquisition/banking/payment

Use of process models with Visio & ARIS tools

English - Dutch and French



Qualifications:

Education: 5 to 10 years of experience

Location: Brussels (CSM and Marnix)

Physical presence required (3x/week), teleworking (2x/week)
